Thanks Don, that probably would be a great idea and help but she has a 
friend living close, who I think could help as she set up the computer for 
them but then she never was asked for help again and even my tries to help 
whenever problems/questions came up, never were really accepted so far (I 
was always told "I don't have time to sit down and try to understand all 
that"... so I guess she is not really willing to accept any help at all and 
I would not like to ask someone who would then not be appreciated at all. 
She is living in West Australia by the way.
