TSGL: A PROGRAM TO CONTROL THE SOUND ON A CD

I would have said, back in the day, that Cool Edit Pro would be best
for anythign like that, basically, my idea is to copy to WAV file at
44khz stereo etc... and normalize there, then burn the WAVs

cool edit pro was purchased by Adobe, and is now called Adobe Audition,

I assume this program will do what you want... Cool Edit was an
excellent program and I doubt Adobe would have butchered it.
