TSGL: Laptop battery charger

Detach the battery from the computer and then attach the "charger" to the
laptop. Then attempt to boot. If the computer boots, you probably need a
battery. If the computer does not boot, you probably need a new charger.

Because it is a laptop that sits most of the time on a table, I haven't 
checked the charge. The only thing I look for is the green light which tells

me the battery is charged.
Maybe I do need a new battery.
