TSGL: Hard disk access

Sounds like motherboard, BIOS, or cables. You can probably eliminate other
problems.

I have tried to install Windows Xp on another drive. First I format the 
drive then I install Xp on it and once it has finished, a message comes up 
to restart the PC and that is when the new installation is not recognised 
and I cannot access the hard drive using FDISK.
