TSGL: Help with Blackboard?

Well I'm back in town and we managed to get Blackboard to work--after
a fashion.  (By the way, thanks Geoff, for responding to a PM from
my neighbor.  She says you're sweet.)

She finally agreed to install and try Firefox, and it worked like a
charm.  No problems at all.  She still doesn't trust or understand
Firefox, so for now she's just using it for Blackboard access and
using IE for everything else.  If I can get her to learn about tabs
and extensions, maybe she'll make the switch entirely.

We never did figure out what the problem was with IE, but she's
happy now and has things working.  Thanks to everyone who helped
with this.
