Just right click the file and select "Open With" (assuming XP).  You will 
then see a list of suggested programs. If the one you want isn't on this 
first list, click the browse button and browse to the prog you want.

If you want to set this as the permanent prog for these files, click the 
"Always use this Prog" box.
