TSGL: Computer turns on for no reason at the same time each morning

1. Enable Event Logging. That should give you a clue.

2. Check Task Scheduler. If you don't have any scheduled tasks, open 
Services and disable Task Scheduler Service.  If this Service re-enables 
itself next day, it's a pretty sure sign of self-replicating trojan 
activity, and may be very hard to eliminate, as these things re-name 
themselves every time they replicate, thus remaining hidden. A registry 
restore might help.

3. Presumably you've already thoroughly checked for the possibility of 
hidden phone-home malware.

4. Your mouse is hungry and coming out looking for cheese.
