TSGL: Computer turns on for no reason at the same time each morning

ok, so I scanned for spyware, my scanners found around 5 different
instances, i checked the scheduler and nothing is listed... if it happens
again tomorrow morning (13 hours away), i will try disabling the scheduler
as described
