TSGL: TSGL-cd read/write troubles

I think your spot on with the word/notepad explanation Don,
If you drag and drop a folder or file onto the CD writer's icon, you still
have to initiate the burn session at a later date.
Also, the built-in windows burning software is awfully inconsistent, i've
seen it work for some but in a majority of cases not work for others.
