Use Startup Inspector to look at what is really starting up when windows
does and make adjustments
http://www.windowsstartup.com/download.php
open a run dialog from the start menu.... start/run
then type....
sfc /scannow
This will make sure your system isn't hiccuping on a particular operating
system file.
