TSGL: Control panel problem

Have you used any Registry Cleaning Programs recently? My guess is that you
have and that the program removed something that you need.
Most Registry Cleaning programs backup their deletions and allow you to take
the Registry back to where it was before. Do that if you can, or if you have
a Registry backup, go back to that. System Restore might help, too.
Finally, if the only file missing is pinball.inf, you might be able to get a
copy from a friend. It belongs in C: \Windows \inf . However, if this file
is missing, you are probably missing more files. My guess ... this was the
first file found missing, and the error message was generated.

I am trying to find myself. If you see me before I do, please ask me to wait
until I return.
