TSGL: Control panel problem

As many times as I looked at that file name I never connected it to the game 
pinball because I never play the
games on my computer and could not find them, if there are any installed. 
I did a search for ..pinball.. and 11 files popped up that in my recycle 
bin.   I restored the first 5 I came to ... no help...so I restored all of 
them and lo! add or remove windows components now works.
