TSGL: Vista transformation pack

Ron,

Earlier today, I saw a recommendation for the Vista Transformation Pack and
considered downloading it. But I'm one of those guys that really doesn't
care about application appearance. I'm more concerned with whether or not it
works, and whether or not it is easy to use. Simply said, I don't "skin".

But after reading your submission, I decided to download all 30.2 MB of this
monster and see if I could help. I did download the file and got the same
result as you ... a zip file that won't unzip. Windows also tells me that
the file is corrupt or bad.

So the problem isn't with you, but is with the download. It's bad. Try again
another day. I'm sure the problem will be fixed.

I am trying to find myself. If you see me before I do, please ask me to wait
until I return.

I read about the Vista Transformation Pack which is supposed to make Windows
XP look and (in some ways) act like Vista. Downloaded it from Softpedia.com
in the form of a zip file, but when I attempt to install the program, an
error message tells me the file is corrupt or that there is nothing in the
zip file. Downloaded again from another source with same results.
Notwithstanding the error message, both downloads indicated the files did
have something in them.

Has anyone tried this program and, if so, did you have the same installation
problem and, if so, how did you get around it and when done, is it worth the
effort?
