Thanks to all who made suggestions & recommendations to me, so that I
could advise my aunt.

To John: My aunt lives in Nevada and I live in MA, so bringing the program
on a CD to here is not an option.

* To H. Davis: She is using a dial-up service so what your comment about
long download
time causing a problem makes sense, but what
confuses me was her comment that:

(she)"got just so far and all of a sudden a message came on the screen that
some files were corrupted and to get a fresh copy and retry."

Corrupted files? How is it possible for that to be known until the file is
downloaded and opened?

* To Mitchell Torres: Thanks for the mirror sites. I sent them to her. I
got an email from her last night and she said she would try them latter and,
if they didn't work, she would try downloading Avast, which is what Justin
recommended (thanks for your reco Justin)

* To Russ: As you say trying to diagnose the problem with my aunt would be
difficult, even if I had a clue :o) That upload/download site is interesting
and could come in handy some time, but this may not be the time, unless all
else fails. I figure she will try again today using a mirror site and if
that doesn't work she will try Avast (I included the url in my email to her)
Problem with Avast is she may get confused with the registration process...
she confuses easily. I take after her in that way..., but at least she has
an excuse (she's old :-)

Last I heard, "auntie" didn't try downloading last night after I gave her
your recommendations. She didn't want to deal with the long download time at
that particular time. Hopefully, she will get to it today and have better
results with the mirror sites or with Avast. Thanks again, everyone.

Glenn
