TSGL: Backing up Services settings

Exactly what I was looking for.

Curiously, there are many more Services in there which don't appear in 
Admin Tools/Services. There must be a lot going on behind the scenes that 
we don't know about.

Deleting the registry keys should be a good way to remove all those useless 
services you'll never want to use and thus simplify the list. (With a 
backup first, of course---just in case!)
