Lee,
can you view ANY videos at all on your laptop? If yes, then I would
guess that maybe you haven't installed all the updates you might need
for running the films on Google. If I'm not mistaken they're using Adobe
Flash Player. Maybe it hasn't been installed correctly, or any of the
files got corrupted...
You can read more about that player when you right click the screen and
select About.
