 From what I've read in this and other forums, Microsoft are pretty 
reasonable about granting authentication as long as it's the same computer. 
All you have to do apparently is ring them and carefully explain the 
circumstances.  As long as your original copy is legit you shouldn't have 
any problem, just give them your authentication No.
