Yes it is--you can use what's called a KVM switch (Keyboard, Video,
Mouse switch). It's very handy.
The one I use is from Belkin and cost around US$40. Once connected,
It switches everything from one computer to another using a simple
combo keystroke. I suspect that a Froogle search will find this
model and others.
