TSGL: deleting from address (?) bar

One way is to go to Tools/Internet Options/History/Clear history. This, of
course, in MS Internet Explorer. It does, however, delete all the entries.

I'm not sure how long they are maintained if you set the 'days to keep pages
in history' to zero. Might be worth experimenting.

Best wishes,

Subject: TSGL: deleting from address (?) bar

Windows XP Home edition

Not sure what it's called-- the drop-down menu space at the bottom that
says "address" and retains the web site addresses you've been to....
How do I delete from that list? I have people use my computer to check
their email, and other things I'm not interested in keeping, but I seem to
get stuck with all those addresses, making it hard to find the ones I do
want to keep.
Thanks.
