TSGL: The MP3 Encoder from Roxio.

Hi.  I have Roxio Easy Media Creator 7 Basic installed on my system.  At one 
time Roxio was offering a free MP3 encoder, but now they tell me it's no 
longer available.  I was wondering if any of you had it.  The name of the 
file is mp3encoder.exe.  That is the mame of the installer file itself.
