TSGL: RVMB file extension

Hi,
I downloaded a video file with a RVMB file extension and I'm not able to
play the thing. I've tried with Win Media Player, DivX Player, and VLC.
No success. When searching on Google I find not useful hints. I did came
across http://www.snapfiles.com/get/jodixipodvideo.html which supports
RVMB but only for converting it into iPod video which doesn't help me.
Any suggestion how I could play or convert the file?
