TSGL: All windows open small

Dieter,

Did you install the MS April updates recently? I had the same problem 
after installing the latest batch of fixes. Can't definitely tie the 
small window problem to the updates but the fact that they occurred 
close in time is suspicious.

Has anyone else noticed this?
