TSGL: List problems

Unfortunately I don't have enough information to spearhead this one myself,
but I'm more than happy to contribute and keep the list going and efficient
(technologically speaking - it's already very efficient as a knowledge
dispensing vehicle!).

I'm also very comfortable with whatever works or with whoever is willing to
undertake the task - as long as it's not a deposed Nigerian monarch. :-)

(Don's post just arrived as I'm typing this and I agree that hosting the
list can be expensive, both in terms of time and in real cash. All the more
reason for contributions to at least ease the burden.)
