After working at an inbound call center supporting Sun Microsystems, I can
second the idea that Sun hates Microsoft with a passion. We used open
office, not ms office and firefox. Anyone can call the partner support
center at 1-800-945-611 for Canada & US as they will find answers to
questions about Sun. And for anyone in the world the web site at
http://www.sun.com/contact/partners.jsp list all the contact numbers, so
give them a call and keep my friends busy (ha ha)
