Looks adobe flash orientated. try installing the latest version of Adobe
Flash perhaps? or removing your current Adobe Flash and install it fresh.
feel free to email me the afformentioned pictures to my private email if you
think it's necessary.

I think it's a plugin issue, have you tried clearing your cookies etc...?
