TSGL: Photo attachments not opening

I wish you all a wonderfully happy and healthily New Year  !!!!!!.

 

I am having problems opening my photo attachments.

I am getting a pop-up saying......

 

The instruction at 0x7c91103c reference memory at 0x016005a0.    The memory
could not be 'written'.

Click on OK to terminate

Click on cancel to de-bug

 

I have done both but the attachments/photos will not open.

 

I have XP, home addition

I use Office Outlook, 2003

 

Any ideas what I did now?  LoL
