I posted this the other day but got no response.  Happy Holidays, everyone :)

Anyhow, I need a comparable and equally encoding alternative to the Enkoder 
form no
longer available online at http://hivelogic.com/enkoder/form/ which is now
re-directing to http://hivelogic.com/articles/enkoder/.

I liked it, because it gives you a form to fill in, providing your Name as
you want it displayed, your email address, Subject line if you want it, and
the "hover text" you want included.

I found another online form at:
http://email.about.com/gi/dynamic/offsite.htm?zi=1/XJ&sdn=email&zu=http%3A%2F%2Fw2.syronex.com%2Fjmr%2Fsafemailto%2F
which does everything the Enkoder does except that it doesn't provide the
"hover text".

Can someone find me an equal online alternative to the enkoder form, or
something that does the same for free if I must download it?

If you take a look at http://www.nalsofdetroit.org/index.php?page=execbrd
and hover over the names, you will see that all of the names are seen when
"hovered" except the Secretary (that's me!).
