Hi, H. Davis, thank you for your response.  In my earlier email (copied 
below), I said:

I did use another encoder, but that particular hovered-name feature common 
to all the other names on the page is missing from my own name.  I'm not 
sure how to explain this any clearer.  I hope this helps.
