TSGL: Ad-Aware SE - One Negligible That Won't Go Away & One That Always Comes Back

Every day when I run Ad-Aware SE Personal, I never have any  Critical Objects 
but I always have the same two Negligible Objects, which I  quarantine.

After I quarantine both of them, I always run Ad-Aware again  and one is 
quarantined but my little buddy is still  there:
obj[0]=MRU FileReference : C:\Documents and Settings\Toni  
Rembold\recent\Desktop.ini

I just ignore it and close Ad-Aware and carry on.  I  haven't added or 
removed on the desktop and I don't know what the second was  means or is about.
Am I doing the correct thing by ignoring it because I don't  honestly don't 
know what either Object means?
