TSGL: IE7

If you right click on them, you can select "Move". However, I haven't found
a way (yet) to move them to the location you seem to prefer. One of my
preferences is to have the text menu bar and I have placed that below the
address bar. If you add the menu bar, you could make room to the left for
refresh and stop.
