TSGL: Outlook Express question

In OE, go to Tools/Accounts/Mail
Select your account
Click Properties, Advanced, Server Timeouts
Move slider to right

When mail is slow to go, the popup asking if you want to wait another 60 
seconds comes up and constantly interferes with work I'm doing.  Is there 
any way to stop that irritating popup?
