TSGL: Move Bookmark icon to desktop Cyndi

Cindi,

If you're using Firefox try dragging the icon with the left click all 
the way to the Start button. The slashed circle (SC) will appear when 
you are over an area on the screen where dropping the link is not 
allowed. Keep dragging to the Start button even with the SC visible. The 
SC may disappear over the actual web page and reappear over the Start 
button. Wait over the Start button without releasing the mouse button 
for the menu to open. The SC will still appear as you maneuver through 
the menu, waiting where necessary for menus to open. Eventually, when 
you hover over a folder the SC should disappear in favor of a small box 
and you can drop the link. The SC is just telling you that you can't 
drop the link here.
