TSGL: Weird "My Picture" Problem

It's probably only a viewer and not intended for anything much else.

I suggest you do it in Irfanview which is the generally accepted most 
versatile image viewer (free). When you install it, it will give you the 
option to make Irfanview your primary picture viewer---tick Yes.

You can then save any open picture file to another location in the normal way.

The simplest way to do it is simply open both the source folder and the 
destination folder, then drag the file across. If you hover the mouse on 
the taskbar icon for the destination folder (don't let go) the second 
folder will automatically open and you can continue dragging up and drop it 
in the destination folder. For pictures, XP will move the file 
automatically. If you want a choice of move, copy, or shortcut, always 
right drag and you'll then get a menu giving you these choices.
