TSGL: TSQS:add/remove software; control panel

Hi all,

Win XP Pro Sp1.
I have two versions of a program under Add/remove and I need to get rid of one of them. I also use Tweak for Powerusers which I thought I had an option to do this. At least, when I was using Win 98SE, that Tweak program did that. 

However, I can't find it in this version of Tweak.
Anybody know where it is? Or will suggest another means to remove the obsolete program name from the list?
