TSGL: Bounces?

I just received the email below threatening to remove me from the list
because of "excessive bounces", which, I assume means that the list email
messages have not been reaching me. Of course, I clicked on the link
provided and renewed membership.

But I have a question. Why would my messages bounce? I check my email almost
every day and keep my inbox at fastmail.fm clear. I do not receive an
unusual amount of email through the fastmail address, so I'm not over some
limit that they may have. Just what the heck is going on? Anybody have any
ideas?
