TSGL: Firefox Tabs correction

Correction.  "untitled" instead of unknown.

Something has happened with my Firefox tabs.  Instead of showing all tabs open in the tab bar it shows only the last one.  If I close it the preceeding tab that was opened is shown as "unknown".  I can click to close that and nothing happens.  And sometimes if I have several tabs open (yet only the last one shows as per my statement above), if I close it then all tabs are closed without the warning.  I have FF set up to warn me if I'm closing more than one tab.  Something strange going on.  Any ideas?
