TSGL: Seeing RED.... X's that is

Ray,

All the graphics? Or just the graphics on web pages. Or perhaps graphics in
emails?

Each may be a different problem and requires a different solution. Also, has
your friend installed a new program on the computer recently, or perhaps
purchased a new computer?

What operating system is he using (including Service Pack number), and if
this is an email problem, what email client is he using (please include
version number)?

This information is really necessary to (hopefully) solve his problem.

I should know the answer to this, because I've dealt with it in the past,
but just can't remember. Trying to help a friend (long-distance) so all I
have is a description of the problem.....

[In the last several weeks after i've been logged on for awhile all the
graphics turn into little red x boxes. It does this in the links I try to
click on also..any suggestions or fixes?]

Can anyone help? TIA
