TSGL: Trojan Horse

Hi all,
AVG found the Trojan Horse PHP/MP Pack B.   It says it cannot fix it.  
Is this a virus or Spyware?

I Googled it and came up with nothing.  It pulled up the Spyware Doctor!

 Do you think Spyware Dr worth buying?
