Cyndi,

I have to agree with Don here. If there's no other suspicious activity, 
I wouldn't rush to delete anything. If you do decide to delete 
something, just rename it so you can put it back if necessary.

If this is a real virus you will find something about it by Googling or 
on the AV vendor sites mentioned. However, they may know it by another 
name so look for similar names.
