TSGL: Computer beeps frequently

Hi All,

This is something I cannot understand. Since changing my computer case with 
all the original hardware, I am getting frequent beeps, every few seconds. 
This is the same beep I get after POST. Nothing seems to be wrong with the 
machine, and everything works normally, except for the frequent beeps.
Should I be worried?
Any assistance will be appreciated.
