Thanks Justin,
I am running the Micro Trend scan now and will see what that turns up.   I
may install Avast if I still have that virus. I do know it was in an archive
folder.
I am filing this post, along with Dons and Hasanat for future reference!

What is the location and file name of the file that the Anti Virus reports?

Try installing Avast anti virus and schedule a startup scan, one that scans
archives and deletes files.

Or you could write down the location of the file, navigate to it in My
Computer and delete the offending file. if it won't delete you could try the
free utility "unlocker"
