TSGL: Google Toolbar Notifier

Thanks Russ. I just removed the Google Toolbar completely from IE because
it was causing some problems, although for now I left it on Firefox. Can
you please explain the "notifier". Just why does it occasionaly request to
connect to the internet? Is it just for some kind of update to the toolbar
or something more ominous? I'm just not sure if I should allow or reject
the notifier requests while I allow the toolbar to remain on FF.
Thanks again,
Mike F.
