TSGL: Outlook express backup

In REGEDIT, go to
HKCU\Identities\{your ID-Number}\Software\Microsoft\Outlook 
Express\5.0\Rules\Mail

In Registry menu, choose Export Registry File
Save In - choose your desired location
Under File Name, type  "mail rules.reg"  (no inverted commas)
Click Save
Exit

I am looking for a freeware program that would backup my message 
rules,inboxes etc. I have found a way to copy my messages and address book 
from my desktop to a laptop by saving the folders where all the inboxes etc. 
are stored but I have not found a way to save all the message rules that I 
have created.
