Try Windows Defender (MS) and Spybot Search and Destroy, both free. Also,
AVG free anti-virus may have a browser anti-hijack component. I think
ZoneAlarm has such a feature as well, but I can't recall if this is part of
the free version. Webroot Spysweeper is one of the best anti-spyware tools.
It has an annual fee of $30-40, but from the sounds of your message, a small
price to pay.

A friend has the above on his computer.
It has replaced his homepage.
Tools>internet options> homepage will allow me to return his preferred
homepage
for a short time but awsomehomepage.com soon takes over again.
The search option will not find it.
Sooo... I need help to find and destroy this.
Windows XP Home with all updates. Using IE and OE.
Thanks, Wayne
