TSGL: Messages not going through ??

I'm glad you asked that question as it seemed to be a well kept secret until
now.  Like a good old
boys club protecting it's own.
After reading every page in the Archives I found that the list is run by
rsbowen3 at cox.net  and
michael at cermaktec.com  I investigated it further and discover that
michael at cermaktec.com is
in fact the owner of the list and rsbowen3 at cox.net actually runs the list
for Mr. Michael Cermak.
If rsbowen3 at cox.net is in fact rsbowen in Region VI, I ethically can't say
anything else.
