TSGL: CNN Video Problem

Dear Liste, 
   
  I have finished reinstalling my original XP Home disks that came with my PC on to my PC.  I have installed XP SP 2 and all the millions of updates and security packs.   I have installed Adobe Flash Player.    The only thing different about the PC from when I bought it is that I have an digital LCD and have bought a digital video card to drive it.    When I try to watch a CNN news video clip the videos look at an Andy Warhol painting.   Not even negative level just moving shapes and colors.    When I go to YouTube.com or any other site or watch video on my PC the picture is okay.
   
  Why would CNN videos not work?
   
  Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated.
