TSGL: Remote Assistance & 13 DAY DELAY IN EMAIL...

This is the first email that I've received on this thread  "Remote 
Assistance" and it was originally post to the List Mon Feb 19  22:02:19 EST 2007 and as 
you can see I just received it today,  3/4/2007.
What I would like to know, please, if this Remote Assistance  hookup 
discussion akin to the Dell Connect that I use when I'm speaking to a  Dell technician 
and he takes over the control of  my PC?
