TSGL: Lan IM clients

Hi Toni,
I'm aware of the usual instant messaging systems but was trying to keep 
it local to eliminate the security problems inherent with something that 
relies on the Internet and must keep ports open all the time.

Still looking off and on but other business has kept me from making much 
progress on this project.
