TSGL: Internet Explorer (and Firefox) download failures

Dear TechGuy members,

Problem solved! It was my Firewall (CA is really Zone Alarm) Privacy
settings as discussed in the Mozilla Knowledge Base:
	http://kb.mozillazine.org/Object_has_been_blocked

I can now download ZIP and PDF in both IE and Firefox.

Must have been an update to the Internet Security Suite.

Thanks all for help in confirming it was an issue on my PC.
