TSGL: Autorun.inf syntax

I am preparing a CD containing a number of artworks.  These are contained 
in a folder named "Artworks".  I want the CD to open at the file 
"Thumbs.html" automatically on inserting the CD. This file is in the 
"Artworks" folder. (Actual names do not include quotes).

I have made a file which I have named "autorun.inf" containing the 
following instructions:

[autorun]
   open=Artworks/Thumbnails.html

I placed this file in the root of the CD.

It doesn't work.

Where have I gone wrong?

OS is XP.
